Factors such as adverse weather conditions also trigger sleeplessness. However, these factors solely depend on the person. There could be one person who can fall asleep during a rainstorm while there could be another who will be disturbed by the sound of rain and thunder. Warm weather affects sleep as well. Some people feel extremely tired during this weather and falls asleep easily where some other person will have trouble to cooperate with the heat.
